I'm Nadine. Mother to Monkey (3) and his sister Roo (1). Married to my wonderful FreezeM. I am forever 29, don't let my birthdate fool you. I work a part time PR job. Love being at home with my children, I am very liberal, love to read, cook and write. I'm critical and don't shy away from the unbeaten path.

Pregnant!

13 weeks and 1 day to be exact. I knew I couldn't leave this blog for over 3 months and then come back with nothing. So really, I did it for you and I really wish you'll take your responsibility and help take care of this kid.

There are some people (I won't give names) who think I did it to get to be intimate with my gyno again. Who just happens looks remarkably like Hugh Grant.

But he only wanted to see me ONCE this time. In The Netherlands you only get to see a gyno when you have a medical condition (I had that with Roo) but otherwise, you'll be guided through the pregnancy by a midwife. Hugh gave me a clean bill of health, which was a relieve. No more surprises in my ovaries this time around.

Unfortunately not any of the midwifes at the office I'm at, look even remotely like Hugh Grant.

Later this year, we can play another round of "Looking between Nadine's legs" to see which midwife would give me the most peaceful view. (I promise you don't have to be over 18 to click that link.)

This pregnancy had a lot to do with me not writing here. I've been sick in bed with nausea for almost 6 weeks. SIX. I went from "Hey, I'm not feeling nausea, is this baby OK?" to "HELLO TOILET, here I am again." and "again" and "again".

But I'm feeling better now!

Anyway, I also want to apologize. I know it's my blog and I basically don't owe anyone to write here. But the e-mails of concern I got the past few weeks (WHERE the HELL are you?) (Are you dead?) made me realize once again, this blog is not just a diary on the digital highway. It's fun place were I got to know quite a few awesome people and have been lucky to actually meet some of you in various places on our beautiful earth.

I won't abandon you again! Instead, I'll nag you about annoying pregnancy symptoms and such.

I'm hungry.
